Basic Principles

INNOTECH believes that precisely understanding and fully satisfying the requirements of its customers as well as requirements of applicable laws and regulations are fundamental to gain customers’ trust and their satisfaction. In order to ensure the effectiveness of its quality assurance scheme for the products it provides, INNOTECH has built and has been operating the quality management system which is in compliance with ISO9001:2015 (JIS Q 9001:2015). And INNOTECH constantly reviews and improves its effectiveness so that it keeps providing products which satisfy its customers.

Policy on Quality

INNOTECH has devised its policy on quality and all of its employees are working hard to fulfill such policy.

INNOTECH provides the best technology and services to satisfy its customers under the slogan that it will make people’s lives abundant and comfortable, contribute to the future society, and put customers first as it conducts its business activities.

  1. Make sure that its products satisfy various requirements and continue to review and improve the effectiveness of its quality management system.
  2. Aim to enhance customers’ satisfaction level, set quality targets, establish review cycles, and keep striving to achieve such aims and targets.
  3. Make its employees fully understand this policy on quality and enhance customers’ satisfaction level by the collective effort of each employee.

Quality Targets and Achievements

INNOTECH obtained ISO9001 certification in 2009 and since then, it has set the company-wide quality target every year and has been working to achieve them.

Quality Target from FY2009 to FY2014

  1. ①Enhance customers’ satisfaction level through its quality management system.

  3. ③Increase sales through its quality management system.

Quality Target in FY2018

  2. ②Improve operation at each organization focusing on its responsiveness to various risks and opportunities and improve the quality of work through its quality management system.
  3. ③Pursue cost-conscious and profit-oriented business activities through its quality management system.

  2. ②Improve operation at each organization focusing on its responsiveness to various risks and opportunities and improve the quality of work through its quality management system.
  3. ③Pursue cost-conscious and profit-oriented business activities through its quality management system.
  4. ④Conduct business activities, keeping the mid-term management plan (including the ROE target) in mind through its quality management system.

Since ISO certification is successfully renewed every year at INNOTECH with an external audit, the company is confident that above-mentioned targets are generally achieved.

Efforts on Quality

INNOTECH, under its mid-term management plan from FY2014 to FY2018, actively pursued its business structural reform and transformed its business portfolio.
And since FY2018, it has formed the Quality Assurance Task Force in order to establish quality assurance scheme which copes with the business area changes.

INNOTECH business is divided into three business categories, which are the product development (maker), trading, and services, and suitable quality assurance system for each category (PDCA cycle based on ISO9001) is established. Also, INNOTECH has launched the “Quality Assurance Committee” as of January 2021 as the company-wide decision-making body regarding quality-assurance related operations and their enhancements.
