| The potential impact and damage of environmental pollution not only has global implications, but also is a serious matter of concern in that it potentially affects our very existence and that of future generations. It is the duty and responsibility of each and every one of us to ensure for future generations that the health and vitality of an irreplaceable asset entrusted to us, i.e., the earth, is maintained. Innotech is actively working to fulfill its environmental responsibilities through environmental policies and actions that strike an appropriate balance between the pursuit of economic activity and the protection of the environment. |

Innotech is an electronics trading company involved in software, semiconductor testing equipment and electronic component technology development. In each of these business domains, Innotech works to foster an understanding and awareness of the potential environmental impact among all our employees, and have implemented the following policies to guide our environmental protection activities.
- To clearly grasp the environmental impact of our business activities, and to continually improve our environmental management systems to prevent environmental contamination.
- To establish internal environmental standards and an administrative framework that complies with and exceeds increasingly stringent environment-related laws, regulations and agreements.
- To proactively work to improve resource saving
and electric power saving by merchandising products
reduced environmental load, green procurement, natural
resource saving, energy efficiency and to reduce waste
material through increased recycling.
- To establish and periodically review environmental goals and targets.
- To thoroughly educate all of our employees on the details of our environmental policies, and to work to improve their awareness of potential environmental impact.
- To publicly disclose and disseminate our environmental policies in the form of an environmental report.
