History
  Jan. 1987 Company established, head office opened in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
  Apr. 1987 Business alliances formed with ITOCHU Corporation and ITOCHU TECHNO-SCIENCE Corporation.
  Jul. 1987 Sales commences of CAD/CAE systems for use in ASIC designs manufactured by SDA (currently Cadence) of the United States.
  May 1988 Company headquarters moved to the ITOCHU Building in Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
  Apr. 1990 Merged with Economax (which was established in June 22, 1976) at a merger ratio of 1:1,000, and changed the par value of the Company's shares.
  Sep. 1990 Listed for over-the-counter (OTC) trading.
Carried out public offering, which increased capital to 2,512.5 million yen.
  Aug. 1991 Established a new headquarters in Shin-Yokohama, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa, because of expanded operations.
  Jul. 1992 Moved headquarters from Minato-ku, Tokyo, to Kouhoku-ku, Yokohama-shi, and closed Aoyama headquarters.
  Mar. 1994 Acquired all the shares of CTC Components Systems, making it a consolidated subsidiary(INNOMICRO Co., Ltd.), to strengthen the marketing capabilities of its electronics components division.
  Dec. 1998 Completed new corporate headquarters, built to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Company's founding.
  Nov. 1999 Issued straight bonds (SB) worth 3.0 billion yen for financing activities.
  Mar. 2000 Absorbed the operations of Inno Vision, a consolidated subsidiary. Issued 640,000 new shares to effect the merger, increasing capital to 8,483 million yen.
  Apr. 2000 Issued convertible bonds (CB) worth 1.2 billion yen for financing activities.
Established IT Access Co., Ltd. for the purpose of developing and selling software for network-related household appliances (TVs, VCRs, etc.).
  Aug. 2001 Established Alnair Labs. Co., Ltd. to develop and sell optical devices.
  Mar. 2002 Acquired all the shares of Sanei Hytechs Co., Ltd., an LSI design and development company, making it a consolidated subsidiary.
  Apr. 2002 Established Inno Micro Hong Kong, Ltd
  Jul.2003 Agreement completed for transfer of certain sales and marketing rights to Cadence Design Systems,Inc.
  Nov.2003 Commenced Four-pronged revival plan, including structural reform of businesses, commenced.
  Mar. 2004 Marged with INNOMICRO Co., Ltd.
  Jul. 2004 Issued convertible bonds (CB) worth 0.58 billion yen for financing activities.
  Sep. 2004 Alnair Labs.co.,Ltd moved from consolidated subsidiary to affiliate for which equity method is applied.
  Nov. 2004 Issued convertible bonds (CB) worth 0.5 billion yen and warrant for financing activities.
  Dec. 2004 Established Inno Micro Shingapore Pte, Ltd
  Jan. 2005 Established Inno Micro Shanghai Ltd.
  Oct.2005 Commenced making delivery internally developed tester
  Feb. 2006 Issued convertible bonds (CB) worth 3 billion yen for financing activities.
  Jul.2006 Business alliances formed with NihonAim Co.,Ltd.
  Apr. 2007 Makoto Sumita took over as President.
  Mar. 2008 Listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange Section 2.
