 | Makoto
Sumita is President and CEO of INNOTECH. Mr. Sumita
was a member of the Nomura Research Institute, Ltd.
from 1980 to 1991, where he was dispatched to work
with the Science and Technology Industry Department,
part of the Organization for Economic Co-operation
and Development (OECD) from 1991 to 1994. There he
held the position of chairman of the Policy Research
Center from 1994 to 1996. He became an INNOTECH director
in 1996, and Executive Vice President in 2005. Mr.Sumita
has been elected to his current position of President
and CEO since April 2007. |

 | Hiroaki
Okawa is director. Prior to joining
INNOTECH, he developed a strong background at Ricoh
Ltd. from 1984 to 1987. He joined INNOTECH in 1987,
and was named general manager in charge of the Sales
Department of the Cadence Technology Division in
2001.
Mr.Okawa had been elected to
Senior Vice President from April 2005 to March 2009.
He was elected to his current position of director in April 2009. |

 | Takashi
Takahashi is director and general manager of the IC
Solution B.U.
Prior to joining INNOTECH, he joined DAIHEN TECH CORPORATION
in 1986.
He joined INNOTECH in 1994, and was named sales manager
in charge of the IC Solution B.U in 2003. He has been
at his current position, general manager of the IC
Solution B.U since 2006.
He became a director in June 2007. |

 | Shinji
Sakai is director and general manager in charge of
Administration Division.
Prior to joining INNOTECH, he joined Hitachi Koki Co.,
Ltd in 1985.
He joined INNOTECH in 1997, and was named general manager
of Finance Division in 2004, and was named acting general
manager of Administration Division and general manager
of the Accounting & Finance Division in 2006.He
has been at his current position, general manager in
charge of Administration Division and of the Accounting & Finance
Division since 2007.
He became a director in June 2007. |

of Cadence Design Systems (Japan) B.V., a semiconductor
design support services company, Ryoichi Kawashima
is also a member of INNOTECH's Board of Directors.
Prior to joining the Company, he built up his experience
at Tokyo Electron Limited from 1976 to 1987. He joined
INNOTECH in 1987, and was named a senior manager
in 1989, and general manager of the Design Systems
Division in 1990. He became a director in 1991, and
became a managing director in 1996. From 1997 to
2001 he directed the Design Systems Department. Mr.
Kawashima was named president and COO of INNOTECH
form 2001 to June 2003. |

Shimakura is a standing statutory auditor, and a
member of INNOTECH’s Board of Auditors. In
NEC Corporation, he became a director in 1997, an
operating officer managing director in 2001, an advisor
in 2004. He has been an auditor for INNOTECH since

for INNOTECH since June 2006. |
