Makoto Sumita is President and CEO of INNOTECH. Mr. Sumita was a financial
analyst of the Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. from 1980 to 1990, covering the
semiconductor industry where he was ranked as top analyst. He was dispatched to
work with the Science and Technology Industry Department, part of the
Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) international
organization located in Paris from 1991 to 1994. He became an INNOTECH director
in 1996, and Executive Vice President in 2005. Mr.Sumita has been elected to his
current position of President and CEO since April 2007. Mr.Sumita has successfully
transformed the trading company into more profitable engineering service company.

| Toshihiko Ono is senior vice president. Prior to joining INNOTECH, he became a director
in 2002 , executive vice president in 2006 at Fujitsu Corporation. He was named a senior
manager in 2009 and was elected to his current position of senior vice president in April

Okawa is director. Prior to joining
INNOTECH, he developed a strong background at Ricoh
Ltd. from 1984 to 1987. He joined INNOTECH in 1987,

He had been elected to Senior Vice President from April 2005 to March 2009.
He became his current position of director in April 2009. |

Prior to joining INNOTECH, he joined DAIHEN TECH CORPORATION
in 1986.
He joined INNOTECH in 1994, and was named sales manager

at his current position, general manager of the IC
Solution B.U since 2006.
He became a director in June 2007. |

| President of Cadence Design Systems (Japan) B.V., a semiconductor design support services company, Ryoichi Kawashima is also a director of INNOTECH. Prior to joining the Company, he built up his experience at Tokyo Electron Limited from 1976 to 1987. He joined INNOTECH in 1987, and was named a senior manager in 1989, and general manager of the Design Systems Division in 1990. He became a director in 1991, and became a managing director in 1996. From 1997 to 2001 he directed the Design Systems Department. Mr. Kawashima was named president and COO of INNOTECH form 2001 to June 2003. |
